Can I nominate a day or time for my delivery?

For all UK deliveries, you will receive an email from either DPD, Evri or Royal Mail with a delivery time slot.

If this time is not convenient or you are going to be out, you will then be able to make the following arrangements with each courier by following your tracking link:

DPD
• With a specific neighbour
• In a specific safe place
• At a DPD Pickup point

Royal Mail
• With a neighbour
• In a specific safe place
• At a Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Post Office

Evri
• With a specific neighbour
• At an Evri collection point
