For UK orders, you’ll have received a prepaid returns label in the parcel – you can choose to return your order with Yodel, InPost, Royal Mail or Evri.

Below are our options for returning items from the UK & Northern Ireland:
UK YODEL FREEPOST SERVICE Visit https://www.yodel.co.uk/store-locator You will have received a free post label inside your MV parcel or if you need to print your prepaid label, visit https://www.yodel.co.uk/returns/mintvelvet and enter your order number and email address. Tick the terms and conditions box and press 'Proceed'. Attach the Yodel label to your parcel ensuring the original delivery labels are covered. Take your parcel to any Yodel store, where you will be given a receipt and tracking code to retain until you receive an email from us to confirm that your refund has been processed.
INPOST LOCKERS To find your local locker: https://inpost.co.uk/lockers/ Visit the returns portal to generate a QR code: https://returns.inpost.co.uk/mintvelvet. Complete the Returns Note and enclose with your item/s inside your parcel, there’s no need to attach anything to the outside of your parcel. Scan the QR code on your phone at the locker and select your parcel size. Place your parcel inside the locker and close the door.
UK ROYAL MAIL FREEPOST SERVICE Follow the instructions here https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return#/details/413 to create a Royal Mail Freepost label which can be printed and attached to your parcel. Alternatively, you can arrange a free home collection, click here to find out more. Complete the Postal Returns Note and enclose with your item(s) inside your parcel, making sure the order number is clearly visible. Post the parcel at your local Post Office and make sure you keep the receipt and 'proof of postage' until you've received your refund.
EVRI RETURNS To find your local Evri drop off location, visit: https://www.evri.com/find-a-parcelshop#/ You will have received a free post label inside your MV parcel or you can create your returns label at your local Evri parcel shop.
For all returns, please remember to include your returns form or a note of your order number inside the parcel.
Refunds can take up to 14 working days to process. Although we are unable to notify you when the parcel reaches our warehouse, we will send you an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been processed. |
