What if I am out when the courier tries to deliver?

DPD Deliveries

If you’re not in when your parcel is due to be delivered, DPD will attempt to deliver the parcel to a neighbour.

If you know you won’t be in at the time of the delivery, you can arrange for DPD to leave your parcel:

• With a specific neighbour
• In a specific safe place
• At a DPD Pickup point

Royal Mail Deliveries

If you’re not in when your parcel is due to be delivered, Royal Mail will deliver your parcel to a Royal Mail Customer Service Point

If you know you won’t be in at the time of the delivery, you can arrange for Royal Mail to leave your parcel:

• With a neighbour
• In a specific safe place
• At a Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Post Office

Evri Deliveries

If you’re not in when your parcel is due to be delivered, Evri will attempt to deliver the parcel to a neighbour or safe place.

If you know you won’t be in at the time of the delivery, you can arrange for Evri to leave your parcel:

• With a specific neighbour
• At an Evri collection point
