What if I am out when the courier tries to deliver?

DPD Deliveries

If you’re not in when your parcel is due to be delivered, the courier will attempt to deliver the parcel to a neighbour.

If you know you won’t be in at the time of the delivery, you can arrange for DPD to leave your parcel:

• With a specific neighbour
• In a specific safe place
• At a DPD Pickup point

Royal Mail Deliveries

If you’re not in when your parcel is due to be delivered, the courier will deliver your parcel to a Royal Mail Customer Service Point

If you know you won’t be in at the time of the delivery, you can arrange for Royal Mail to leave your parcel:

• With a neighbour
• In a specific safe place
• At a Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Post Office

Yodel Deliveries

If you’re not in when your parcel is due to be delivered, the courier will attempt to deliver the parcel to a neighbour.

If you know you won’t be in at the time of the delivery, you can arrange for Yodel to leave your parcel:

• With a specific neighbour
• At a Collect+ point
