Your order number can be found on your order confirmation email or on the packaging label of your parcel under ‘customer ref’ and will begin with a ‘1’ or a ‘9’.
If there’s a ‘0’ at the beginning of the number on your packaging label, don’t worry, you can simply ignore it.
