Unfortunately, you can’t online (you can always return your items for a refund and place a new order) but you can exchange in person at one of our boutiques!
Please note – our outlets, Portsmouth Gunwharf Quays, Clarks Village, Cheshire Oaks and Kildare, can’t process exchanges.
