Am I able to return a purchase made in a boutique store to my local department store concession?

Unfortunately, our department store concessions can’t accept returns for items purchased in our boutiques (or online).

As a side note – you can return items purchased in concessions to the same chain of department store you bought it from (for example, an item bought in John Lewis can be returned to any John Lewis).
