What is your returns policy? Which items are non-returnable?

If something is not quite right or you’ve changed your mind – returns are easy! You can return unused items within 28 days for a full refund.

Exclusions apply: chocolate and gift boxes & wrapping sales are final, and earrings can't be returned to us unless faulty.

Please note: Any purchases made in a Boutique store cannot be returned to the website. Store returns must be returned to a Boutique (excluding Concessions and Outlets)
