If something is not quite right or you’ve changed your mind – returns are easy. Choose your preferred option and return the unworn item(s) to us within 28 days for a full refund. All returned items will be inspected upon arrival, item(s) must be unworn, undamaged and have the original tags attached to accept your return. If we find signs of wear, we may not be able to accept your return. We kindly ask that you handle our item(s) with care, avoiding any make-up and perfume transfer.
Christmas Returns
For extra peace of mind over the festive season, we're extending our returns period. Any purchases made between the 10th November and 24th December 2025 can be returned for a full refund until the 31st January 2026.
Our UK returns usually take up to 10 working days and you will be notified as soon as the refund has been processed. For the rest of the world, we aim to process the return within 5 days of receiving the item(s).
Exclusions apply: Gift boxes & wrapping sales are final, while earrings cannot be returned to us unless faulty.
Please note: Any purchases made in a Boutique store cannot be returned to the website. Store returns must be returned to a Boutique (excluding Concessions and Outlets)
