Once I’ve returned an item, when do I get my refund?

In the UK, our returns usually take up to 10 working days – you’ll be notified as soon as the refund has been processed. If you haven't received your refund within this time period, please email us here with a copy of your proof of postage and we will be happy to look into this for you.

For the rest of the world, we aim to process the return within 5 days of receiving the item(s).

Please note: Any purchases made in a Boutique store cannot be returned to the website. Store returns must be returned to a Boutique (excluding Concessions and Outlets).
